A showcase of real-world driving skill under pressure
The Driving Parkour at PDWC26 features a series of up to 10 to 12 practical driving tasks designed to simulate typical challenges encountered in daily professional operations.
Competitors must manoeuvre through tight spaces, reverse accurately, stop precisely, judge distances, and demonstrate full vehicle control under observation.
Each task highlights technical skill, road awareness, and professional discipline across multiple vehicle categories.
The course tests spatial judgement, mirror use, safety compliance, and reaction under stress.
Penalties are applied for touching cones, exceeding boundaries, or unsafe actions.
All drivers use identical vehicles under equal conditions.
Every second counts — but safety, accuracy, and control matter most.
This is not just a driving test — it’s the ultimate professional challenge.
The UICR has a total of twenty-two skill tasks available for the Professional Driver World Championship, from which the host organiser selects ten to twelve skill tasks for the competition.
